Change Will Frighten You

There is one thing that is constant in life. No matter what, things will change. In today’s world, change is epidemic. Everyone is constantly looking for more, better, quicker, easier. Change has become the norm.

The problem is, when you change, you start over. Starting over can be so frightening that it sometimes seems easier to remain unhappy in a rut.

The first thing to realize is without change, you will stagnate as a human being.

Stagnation creates average to mediocre results. “What’s the use” is a commonly heard cry from a people living in stagnation.

You will never stand out unless you are willing to change, grow, and step into the unknown.

I remember back in 2001, when I first started this business. I was making a cushy salary as VP of Sales and Marketing. The company sold and eventually I was out.

Change was thrust upon me and I was on my own in a market where VP jobs were not available.

It wasn’t necessarily hard, but it was difficult. I had to:

  • Take the time to admit where my talents and passions lie.

  • Create a value that impacted other people to a point they were willing to trade money for the value.

  • Figure out how to tell a lot of people about this value in a passionate and compelling way.

  • Get the word out consistently.

  • Keep offering more value to people who engaged my services.

Once those questions were answered, I was on my way.

Here I am, 6-years later, helping people change their business, worldview, and life in many different ways.

My passion for small business (I see it as the future of the American Economy) helped me to become a mirror, mentor, and creator, all at the same time. I love it!

I help people who are stuck in a rut of mediocrity see all their options, their greatest talents and personal genius.

Then I teach them what to do to stand out. Together we develop processes they need to turn their talent, passion, and created value into money.

I teach them how to break the bonds of the past and excel in the present. In other words, change.

If you were on a mission to change the world, what should you do?

Create a value that helps other people get what they want to launch your personal mission into the world.

Offer that value to them consistently. If you don’t you are letting people who need you down. You are simply not doing your part.

Continue to help once new clients engage you for the first time. Keep influencing the lives of people you can best serve.

Live in fulfillment. Experience happiness every day. Be the best you can be in your chosen endeavor and help others with a passion.

Or you can stagnate and wish that things were different than they are today. That’s the beauty of life, the choice is always yours.
